My Services

This package includes :

• Up to three prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, birth plan creation, and comfort measures.

• Support via phone, text, and email to answer any questions or concerns.

• On-call support starting three weeks before your due date until the birth of your baby.

• Physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and delivery, including comfort measures, advocacy, and assistance with positioning.

• Guidance and support for your partner to help them participate in the birth experience.

• Assistance for up to 2 hours after birth with initial breastfeeding, newborn care, and ensuring you are comfortable and settled.

• One up to 2 hour home visit postpartum to assure you are adjusting to being at home with baby! A meal will be provided, light housekeeping will be done, lactation support can be given, and we can chat about any questions you may have and how you have been feeling!

• Up to two weeks of support over phone or email when needed.

• One prenatal meeting to discuss what is wanted and needed to help your postpartum experience be peaceful and happy.

• Four 2 hour shifts within the first 2 weeks baby is home.

• A meal provided for first two shifts.

• This time is for me to assist in whatever needs done. Whether that be housekeeping, meal prepping, or taking care of baby while you take some time for yourself, I will be there!

• If interested in hourly work instead of the package, we can create a plan that works best for your family!

I will be hosting birthing classes and other services for families who would like to learn how to be their own doula! Information regarding dates and times, and a sign up form for these classes will be posted on my facebook as they come up.
